Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are custom-printed and fulfilled on demand. Please allow 2–5 business days for us to produce and prepare your order before it ships. During high-volume periods (new drops, holidays), processing may run slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Once your order ships, estimated transit times are:
- US & Canada — Standard: 3–4 business days
- US & Canada — Express: 1–3 business days
- International — Standard: 5–20 business days
- International — Express (select countries): 1–3 business days
Your total delivery estimate is processing time plus transit time. Actual delivery dates can vary with order volume, carrier performance, customs, and weather.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery address.
Multiple Packages
Because some items (such as hats, mugs, stickers, and posters) are produced and packed separately, orders with multiple product types may arrive in more than one shipment, sometimes on different days. You will not be charged extra for split shipments caused by our packaging requirements.
International Orders, Customs & Duties
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by your country upon delivery; these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We are currently unable to ship to Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Ecuador, or the Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions of Ukraine.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please wait a day or two in case of a brief carrier delay, then contact us at info@fuzzymackandco.com with your order number. We'll investigate with our fulfillment partner and make it right — including a reprint or refund where appropriate, consistent with our Refund Policy.
